MaxHealth

MaxHealth was a large scale business transformation project employing approximately one hundred full time staff and contractors. It was designed to replace the Medical Services Plan Registration and Premium Billing system (R&PB). R&PB provides services to 4.1 million people, utilizes 2,000+ reports and makes use of over 80 system interfaces. As part of the transformation process over 500 pieces of correspondence were cross referenced for functionality. Additonally, the Business Intelligence unit created report specifications and test cases for Oracle Discoverer reports to ensure conformance with the service levelagreements.
