Facing the departure of a senior resource, Agresso found themselves in need of a transitional Project Manager. Agresso had 8 ongoing ERP projects that required Project Management services while a permanent project manager could be located. Many of the projects were staffed using an off-shore model with resources located across multiple time-zones and different continents.
